Mitchell Lam – Wellness Coordinator

As a Wellness Coordinator, Mitchell brings a vast amount of experience
to the role. Having graduated from the University of Waterloo in the
Health Sciences program, he decided to pursue his interest in human
movement as a current chiropractic student at the Canadian Memorial
Chiropractic College. He has experience working with various client populations, ranging from those in a rehab setting to serving as a first responder within the University of Waterloo population.

He also grew up playing various sports, including hockey, soccer,
baseball, curling, track, and tennis. He now enjoys staying active by
continuing to run and train in Muay Thai. Having developed injuries
from a young age drove him to pursue his interest in rehabilitation,
gaining a strong understanding of health and wellness.

As a Wellness Coordinator, Mitchell is dedicated to providing
excellent customer service to all Ace Sports Clinic clients.
