Learn to reduce stress, manage pain, boost focus, improve your overall wellbeing, and more. Nothing is required of you. No previous experience. No special clothes. No knowledge of meditation techniques needed. Come as you are, with an open mind and a willing heart.

What we will practice together:The 1 minute meditation break - Learn how to connect with your breathing and center yourself on the spot. This is a technique that can be applied in different circumstances of everyday life: before an important presentation or meeting, addressing a difficult conversation, waiting for the TTC, being stuck in traffic, etc.
The 5 minutes meditation – Learn how to start and establish a meditation practice that fits into your busy schedule. Commit to something that is not overwhelming and can simply and pleasantly be incorporated into your daily routine.
The 10 minutes challenge – Are you ready to take the next step? If so, this will help support you: Ask the right questions and you will be surprised how much clarity you can get. Find out how to start your meditation asking the four soul questions. Learn how to use the silent repletion of mantras, music or any other incentive to keep you focused as you invite yourself to meditate on your own for 21 days after your visit to our meditation class.
