Kinesiology is the scientific study of human movement, performance and function.
What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology incorporates the sciences of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, psychology of injury and rehabilitation, motor learning and control and neuroscience into an all-encompassing healthcare practice. Registered Kinesiologists use the latest evidence-based research to treat and prevent injury and disease, and to improve movement and performance.
You are only as strong as your weakest link, in order to bulletproof your body and perform at your best, our Kinesiologists use a joint-to-joint approach, identifying any mobility issues in your body that may be leading to compensation in other areas, inefficient biomechanics or decreased strength in different muscle groups. Our Registered Kinesiologists will also assess your movement patterns and your ability to maintain control under different types of demands, and as a result, they will be able to create a complete personalized, safe and effective exercise program for you to reach your full potential in the shortest amount of time.
