Empowered by her experiences, Irene began to seek out new and innovative routines and disciplines to help people reach the state of wellness that she has come to value greatly.
Irene utilizes the movement practices of Pilates and Foundation Training in teaching her clients to take control of their posture, change the way they move, and improve performance by addressing maladaptive movement patterns and correcting imbalances.
