Chris Haas

Chris is a very dedicated individual who is very passionate about helping people no matter the cause. Having played high-level football for over a decade, Chris naturally gravitated towards helping people achieve their goals, recover from injury, and realize their full potential. Having volunteered in a performance facility and spent years in the gym himself, Chris has a very strong background in performance training and makes increased performance a focal point when working with clients.

After finishing his studies at the University of Guelph – Humber, Chris is eager to work with populations of all ages and training levels including beginners all the way to university athletes who are looking to increase their performance for their upcoming season.

Chris always aims to give his clients the most individualized program possible by using various screening tools and is always looking for ways he can improve for the well-being of his clients.

Above all else, Chris is committed to giving the best possible care, and to never stop learning. He holds treatment and healthcare on a pedestal, as he has a unique understanding of treatment and the impact it has on one’s life. This understanding helps him better serve his clients and give more value when training with them.
