How to Get a Six-pack in Just 5 Minutes

 

Condition Your Mind, then Your Body 

If you are serious about getting a six-pack, then you will first have to set the foundations. A right mindset is key for success. Hack your way into an effective mindset by striving towards the 11 characteristics that describe an effective person

  1. They enjoy the present moment.
  2. They take action.
  3. They accept and embrace challenges.
  4. They’re self-disciplined.
  5. They remain positive.
  6. They have a willingness and drive to help others.
  7. They are resilient.
  8. They have a passion for learning.
  9. They believe in themselves.
  10. They have growth mindsets.
  11. They take calculated risks.

After conditioning your mind, your body will now be ready.

Warm Up

Activate Your Deep Core Muscles First

Next, you have to activate your deep core muscles for increased performance and to minimize the risk of injury.

Here is an excellent method to get your transversus abdominis engaged:

  • First, think about hollowing out your belly and drawing your belly button in toward your spine.
  • Then, imagine that you’re about to be punched on your side and brace for it. 

5 mins for a Six-Pack 

In order to absolutely blast your core, do the below exercises for 30 seconds each and repeat the circuit twice. This should take you about 5 minutes to complete.

Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds

Floor Wipes – 30 seconds

Side Plank Crunch – 30 seconds each side

Bicycle Crunch – 30 seconds each side

V-hollow hold – 30 seconds each side

Stick to Your Goal
