Next, you have to activate your deep core muscles for increased performance and to minimize the risk of injury.
Here is an excellent method to get your transversus abdominis engaged:
- First, think about hollowing out your belly and drawing your belly button in toward your spine.
- Then, imagine that you’re about to be punched on your side and brace for it.
5 mins for a Six-Pack
In order to absolutely blast your core, do the below exercises for 30 seconds each and repeat the circuit twice. This should take you about 5 minutes to complete.
Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds
Floor Wipes – 30 seconds
Side Plank Crunch – 30 seconds each side
Bicycle Crunch – 30 seconds each side
V-hollow hold – 30 seconds each side
