Courtney Long – Physiotherapist
Courtney completed her Bachelor of Science degree and her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy degree at the University of Alberta. She is a Level 1 manual therapist and has taken additional courses in dry needling, concussion assessment and rehabilitation, k-taping and temporomandibular joint assessment and treatment. Currently, she is completing her certification in blood flow restriction training. She also has experience working with a diverse population, including musculoskeletal, cardiac and cancer survivor clients.
Courtney has a detailed yet relaxed approach when providing treatment and strives to make every session fun and unique. She works collaboratively with her clients to provide manual therapy and exercises that will help a client return to sport and physical activity.
