Anthony Qiang - Physiotherapist

Anthony completed his undergraduate at Queen’s University. He later obtained a Masters degree at McMaster University in Global Health followed by a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Anthony has completed additional training in K-Taping, Soft Tissue Release, and is a Level 1 Manual Therapist. He holds a certificate as a First Responder with Sports Physiotherapy Canada and covers several sports leagues across the GTA including basketball. He is also a certified Personal Training Specialist with canfitpro. A big believer in “exercise is medicine”, Anthony strives to work together with patients in addressing their needs and providing long-term solutions to achieve healthy independent lifestyles.
Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, Anthony spent several years travelling abroad. He has studied overseas in China and the Netherlands. He also worked in Singapore for a year as well as for the World Health Organization in Washington, D.C. He hopes to one day use his unique background in physiotherapy and global health to promote rehabilitation practices in developing nations.
