Luis has a background in Fitness & Health Promotion and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He has over 8 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, working with clients of all ages—from young athletes to active older adults. His clinical approach combines biomechanical assessment, corrective exercise, and Fascia Stretch Therapy to help reduce pain, improve movement, and enhance performance.
Originally from Venezuela, Luis is a former semi-professional soccer player and certified soccer coach with over 6 years of coaching experience. He currently trains for triathlons and enjoys helping others stay active and perform at their best throughout every stage of life.
